Nutshell by Alice In Chains - Student Music Video

This was my final major project for my second and last year at college.This song really conveys in the lyrics about Staley's (original lead singers) feelings about his addictions and I found that it just fit so well with the topic I have associated the video on. It was also one of their more slower and quieter songs compared to the rest I must say and is why I wanted to use my most exciting idea which was filming in a pool, even though there are only a few shots of this I think the relations to water are really symbolic to how we can feel. We can either decide to sink further into this surrounding world or we can breath, re-live and break through the waters surface.
